What data we collect
We only collect the information you provide yourself when you contact us or make a booking request: your name, email address and the content of your message, and for bookings the number of guests and which event it concerns. We collect no more than this and use no marketing tracking tools.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer your inquiry and handle your booking. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and, for a booking, to fulfil what you have requested.
How long we keep your data
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or our ongoing contact, and delete it afterwards. You can ask us to erase it at any time.
Who has access
The data is handled within Mariano and stored with our web hosting provider. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Contact us at info@mariano.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
